You can choose to use either a conventional password or a more memorable passphrase.
A strong password (one containing upper and lower case letters, numerals and special characters
is likely to take hackers a relatively long time to crack, but is also likely to be difficult to remember.
A longer passphrase made up of at least four random words will take just as long to crack but
will be easier to remember. A well-known example of this is "correct horse battery staple".
To use a passphrase for this website, select the Passphrase tab and click the Generate button. This will randomly select four words for you. If you don't like them,
click Generate again until you are offered a more memorable set of words.
Why can't you choose your own four words? Because using a common phrase such as "the quick brown fox" would not be secure and could be cracked in milliseconds by a hacker.
To be secure, the words must be selected at random.
